Product/Project Management Notion Template - Agile Methodology

This is a comprehensive product/project management notion template based on agile methodologies. 

Why did I create this?

I am working as a business analyst in a multinational IT firm and I have experience working in several agile delivery model projects. I also have experience working for a startup and building a startup of my own, which later on could not survive. 

The point is, I understand the importance of project management tools and for people like me who like to keep things organized, a setup like this is a necessity. 

Key components in this template

• It is designed on the principles of a scaled agile framework. Meaning, there is a PI(Potentially Shippable Increment) which consists of 4 sprints. A sprint is generally 2 weeks long and after 4 sprints, a unit of the business requirement is completed(known as Potentially Shippable Increment).  
• In this template, I have divided the requirements into 'Features' and 'User Stories' which can be used in 'Team Boards' to track the progress and do updates. 
• A planning page has also been provided which consists of 'Leave plans', 'PI plans', and 'Capacity plans' for the teams. 
• When you make the purchase. I will send you a PDF file that contains the description for all the pages in the template and the relationship between all the tables in there.

Does this work on the free version of Notion?

Yup. I have created a Team Members section where you can enter details of your team members. You can manage a lot of people's work using the free version. 

Is there any document on how does this works?

Can I duplicate this database to share with my team/friends?

No. You can use it only on one Notion id and you can add team members to your Notion for collaboration.
